How do I join a Party?
Open Friends, choose Join group, and enter the invitation code shared by the Party creator. You do not need to give Arbi access to your contacts.

How does matching work?
Each person swipes independently. Arbi combines the group’s preferences and surfaces the strongest shared options, prioritising places everyone likes before broader majority matches.
Why can’t I see nearby places?
Check that location permission is enabled for Arbi and that your device has an internet connection. You can also adjust distance, cuisine, and price filters in the Feed.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us your device model, iOS version, app version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are helpful, but never send a password.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email our support team from the address connected with your account. We will explain the verification step and process your access or deletion request.
